By accessing and using Entrepreneurity, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Teachers creating class sessions accept these terms on behalf of their institution.

Service description

Entrepreneurity is an educational business simulation game available as a web platform. The service includes classroom sessions, AI competitors, market simulation, and teacher tools. The service is provided for learning purposes.

Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. Teachers are responsible for student accounts in their classroom. Each person should have one account and must not share login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Entrepreneurity responsibly and lawfully. You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code; use automated scripts or bots; access other users' accounts; use the service for commercial purposes outside its intended educational use; upload malicious content or interfere with service operation.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, visual art, and game mechanics of Entrepreneurity are the property of its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. User-generated data (game results, strategies) may be used in anonymized, aggregated form for research and product improvement.

Service availability

We make our best effort to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during the alpha/beta phase. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice and to modify or discontinue features.

Disclaimer

Entrepreneurity is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes. The simulation is a learning tool, not professional business advice. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the simulation.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify material changes by email or through a notice in the service. Continued use after the notification period constitutes acceptance.
